Day 77: How Important Is Sleep?

November 22, 2021: How important is sleep when trying to lose weight? I’m not an expert, but I can guess it’s pretty important! If I’m sleep deprived, I don’t have the energy to workout, I’m not in a good place emotionally, or mentally and I tend to over eat. Oh, and I’m… grouchy, (that’s a really nice way of saying… very, very mean!) I also tend to think everyone should bow down to me when I’m tired, And do everything for me…happily and without attitude.
