Day 26: Trying a New Workout

October 2, 2021: I tried a new workout; Yoga. I’ll tell you about my experience, after I give you a little back story…

So, in my office building downstairs there’s a Yoga studio. The Yogi’s have been inviting my husband and I to try it out every time they see us.

I agreed to give it a try! An extra workout sounded good to me!

Yoga is NOT for me…

Even though, I like to think I looked amazing doing it….

Such focus!
Such poise!
Such pain!

Your girl has a shoulder issue that got severely irritated by doing Yoga!

And my tummy’s upset, but I don’t think it’s fair to blame Yoga for that though.

You can find an article describing the benefits of Yoga by clicking this link:

I’m sorry my shoulder wouldn’t allow me to continue with Yoga as I would have liked to acquire those benefits!

Improved strength, balance and flexibility sound good to me!

Most of the other the other benefits; relaxation, stress management I get from my relationship with God, so I’m not missing out on all the benefits πŸ™‚

If you would like to learn more about my relationship with God, most notably how good He is to me, click the link below:

However, if these benefits sound like some things you would like to have, look into a Yoga class near you.

I couldn’t believe it only cost $5!

Person of Honor

Hi! I'm Raynee. I am a Christian, a licensed professional counselor, a wife to a husband I do not deserve-cause he's so wonderful, a mother of two amazing adult children I couldn't be more proud of, and a grandmother AKA Mimi of seven absolutely adorable grandbabies. I am also an Optivia coach, a writer, a speaker, and most importantly (second to being a Christian that is) I am a woman of integrity and honor.
