Day 45: Second Day Home

October 21, 2021: Second day home from vacation and I have lost ALL the weight I gained while on vacation! I kid you not!

Not only did I lose the 6.4 pounds I had gained, I lost an extra pound too boot! (If my math is correct)

And…

I did it my second day home from vacation!

Total weight lost to date: 21.2 pounds! Now we’re heading in the right direction!

How awesome is that guys?

I think I’m more excited about this than I was hitting my 20 pound weight loss goal!

I hope your take-away from this is that you can have fun on vacation, go off program, and still rebound quickly once you get home!

I’ve decided to take this week off and not return to the gym until Monday.

I really hoped that article I found (and posted for you guys) would motivate me, so far, not enough to get me back into the gym lol.

Maybe I should read it again? Hmmm

I placed my Optavia order, so it should arrive around the 25th!

I ordered new fuelings so I’ll let you know how they are πŸ™‚

My son called and got after me for not going to the gym (he’s a gymrat lol). See picture below:

I told him I lose more weight not going to the gym then when I was going to the gym.

He said “Mom, muscle weighs more than fat.”

Which is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard, one pound of fat weighs as much as one pound of muscle…right?

It’s an Optivia biscuit with onions and tomatoes yum!

I’m tired of seeing my dinner pictures, probably because they are all the same lol.

I like a few select lean and green meals; pre-cooked Salmon, Buffalo burgers, salad, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, pork loin.

So that’s what I eat, pretty much every week πŸ™‚

I wonder if eating the same foods every week is good for me, let’s see what google has to say on the subject, shall we?

I liked the pros and the “con” about my meals getting boring doesn’t apply to me.

And…

If Victoria Beckham eats the same thing every day (Salmon-my favorite!) and looks like she does..I’m good with it too!

Besides, I do mix it up. I don’t eat the same thing every lean and green meal!
