Day 51: Added Something New

October 27, 2021: I’ve added something new… (that is NOT Optavia approved):

They’re so good!

I was getting tired of my lemon/orange water and wanted something else…

These drink mixes hit the spot!

I’m sure it will be ok that I added something new…right?

Remember that article I posted that said you shouldn’t always eat the same thing?

It kinda said that…about food…and stuff…. (Mask of Justification)

I also add Cayenne, salt, and pepper to pretty much every lean and green meal.

When I say I add salt, I mean a lot of salt!

I’ve also started adding onions to Optavia chile, and penne pasta. I just subtract a 1/4 cup from my allotted greens for the day.

I will also eat 1/2 a serving of veggies (radishes, mushrooms) during the day as a snack and just subtract it from my allotted greens.

My mushrooms I dump Cayenne, salt, pepper, in a bowl and pour zero-everything spray butter on it. Put it in th microwave for five minutes and……

Viola! A satisfying, healthy, (kind of-spray butter) Optavia approved snack!

As always, when I choose to go outside the lines…

I’ll let you know if it negatively impacts my weight loss 🙂

Today’s weigh-in picture:

Total weight lost to date: 23 pounds

Spotlight Fueling:

The Carmel Delight Crisp Bar is not only yummy, but it’s filling as well.

The texture is great! It’s gooey and yet crunchy at the same time. The taste of it is not too sweet, but just sweet enough! Appearance is pleasant (unlike my Cinnamon cream cheese swirl cake lol)

An overview of my day:

That’s better than yesterday!
