Day 60: Reflections

November 5, 2021: Reflections: looking back over the past SIXTY days (can’t believe it’s been that long!) I’m seeing myself differently!

I can really tell a difference in my face!

I can now see my collarbone!

My lower “pouch” (part of my tummy) isn’t as big either!

What? That’s so….cool!

My aerobic fitness is back, and it didn’t take me as long as I thought it would to get back!

I’m in smaller sizes of shirts, jeans are still fitting though-dang my thunder thighs! lol

I’m feeling so much better!

More energetic, more in control of my inner Fatty-for the most part lol, and I like how I look now.

I can drive with Bubba between my legs, in the past, there was no room for my water bottle (or for a piece of paper for that matter! lol)

I can wear boots that have heels, without cringing with every step!

Climbing stairs is MUCH easier now and I rarely need my rescue inhaler!

I’m absolutely blown away by my progress in such a short amount of time!

I’m proud of how hard I’ve worked to get here!

So, in reality, I guess my reflections are really me taking a moment to celebrate my weight loss success!

I’m not done yet, I’ve got to reach my next weight loss goal of getting under 200 pounds and my newest goal (born out of that Optavia article) to show you that you will not regain the weight back you’ve lost…I hope you like me, you’re stuck with me!

Today’s weigh-in picture:

Total weight lost to date: 28.8 pounds! Yes!!!!!!

My dinner, quick, satisfying, and yummmy!

I didn’t forget to eat my greens, but I did forget to take a picture of them lol

My greens tonight were: 1/2 cup of tomato slices, 1/4 cup of white onions (yes, still loving them!) a 1/4 cup of chopped up jalepenos and 1 1/2 cups of salad (with zero everything dressing!)

I also had 1/2 cup of radishes for a snack because I was too full from dinner to get all my greens in then!

My fat for today (also a bedtime snack): Babybel white cheese…so yummy!

An overview of my day:

Hmmmm why do these numbers sadden me more than the number of the scale? lol
