Day 90: Let’s Talk Poo

December 5, 2021: Let’s talk poo, yes, you read me correctly.

My “I’m going to educate you, and try not to laugh while doing it” face lol

It’s a subject that should come up given how Optavia does not allow for fruits, high fatty foods, or yogurt (which has probiotics that aid in digestive issues AKA pooing.)

For the past three days, I have been stalled, on the scale and in the area of pooing.

I have not gone three days without a poo, but I feel “full” (I can’t believe I’m doing a post on poo lol)

This is such a weird post! lol

I also noticed, I haven’t been getting my veggies in, my proteins fill me up and there is just no more room left!

Did I mention that husband has also been making me my Parmasean Talapia and that I’ve been eating that at least three nights a week for dinner for the past two weeks?

The fat content alone could explain my weight gain and “blockage” issues!

As could, me not getting enough vegatables in to aid in evacuation (I’m dying over here lol)

As could my recent fast-per the article I posted on the fasting post (Day 87).

Let’s say I’m holding on to poo (wiping tears over here lol) because I’m not getting enough veggies (because not eating my Parmesan Talapia is simply out of the question and will not even be entertained!)

How important are vegetables in the evacuation process?

According to Medical News Today, they’re pretty importanat:

The author suggested eating ginger but…

I’m not going to eat ginger, that stuff is nasty!

They also spoke of eating smaller meals, but I eat once a day and 7 ounces of meat is a lot, especially if we’re talking buffalo burgers or ground elk meat!

When I said “Let’s talk poo” you laughed didn’t you? (I totally know you did!)

But as you can see from this article, it’s an important topic that needed to be addressed (I’m still laughing over here).

Today’s weigh in picture:

Total weight lost to date: 36.2 pounds ugggggggh

My workout summary:

In other news…

I took my granddaughters to the store to purchase new Christmas decorations, here’s their response (no, I didn’t make them do this video…my daughter did lol)

They are so cute!
