Day 92: Great Workout Playlist

December 7, 2021: Having a great workout playlist is extremely important for me!

My current playlist

My workouts are more productive, and fun when I’m worshipping God during them!

The songs on my playlist touch my heart, they motivate me to move, to find peace, and to push myself harder than I would/do without them!

There have been few times when I’ve worked out without my playlist!

  • Once when I forgot to charge my headphones and
  • A couple of times when just getting myself to the gym seemed to take all the energy I had (this is when I’ll watch a Joel Osteen Youtube video. I don’t go as hard, but I will go longer on the treadmill on these days.)

My Workout Summary:

Your girl was on fireeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I can say with absolute certainty…

I would not have killed it like this without having…

My great workout playlist!

The most recent addition to my playlist is I Need a Ghost…

Man does that get me pumped!

I used to workout to AC/DC but (sorry guys) they bring NOTHING to the table like Christian rock does!

And…

As I’m rocking out/working out…

I’m also honoring my Father

Win…win!

So, just to let you know, I’m still only doing cardio (AKA walking on the treadmill-but I am walking uphill on the treadmill now!)

I’m not doing any weight training….yet.

I want to hit all of my weight loss goals first because:

  • I don’t like the gym and I don’t want to spend any more time there than I have to and
  • Weight training usually results in some weight gain-it’s true!

Weight training was the very first reason listed!

Cardio helps more with weight loss, so weight training…

Can wait 🙂

Person of Honor

Hi! I'm Raynee. I am a Christian, a licensed professional counselor, a wife to a husband I do not deserve-cause he's so wonderful, a mother of two amazing adult children I couldn't be more proud of, and a grandmother AKA Mimi of seven absolutely adorable grandbabies. I am also an Optivia coach, a writer, a speaker, and most importantly (second to being a Christian that is) I am a woman of integrity and honor.
