Day 15: Lost Keys

September 21, 2021: Today I woke up in a bad mood, forgot to turn the coffee pot on, stubbed my toe on the bedpost, bit my tongue to keep from saying some un-Godly words, and lost my keys!

lost keys

(Unfortunately, you too will probably have days like this!)

Words of encouragement (not my words, but a great poem!)

A little background information on my lost keys (yes, I’m fixated)

I went to the gym with Beast Momma. As we were leaving the gym I said “Where are my keys?” Momma said “You didn’t bring them.” This made sense to me as I didn’t drive, she did.

I got home and looked everywhere for my keys, when I say everywhere, I mean everywhere including the fridge, freezer and obvious places.

They were nowhere to be found!

I didn’t really freak out about it because I knew they had to be here somewhere.

After searching for most of the morning. I asked God to help me find them. (I should have done that first thing, but your girl is hard-headed.)

He told me to call Planet Fitness-I said “I didn’t take them there,” I thought “a lot of help He is!”

But after my disrespectful, ungrateful comment, I felt bad, so I called

Guess what?

I had left them in the cupholder of the treadmill I was using.

God is so good!

I don’t know what I’d do without Him!

I told you guys a week ago, I’d let you know if my adding extra Equal packets and True Lemon packets stalled my weight loss…

I’ll let a picture answer that, no I won’t because I accidentally deleted it! Uggggh-can this day get any worse?

At least I have my dinner picutre!

Pre-cooked Salmon, salad, tomato slices and of course white onions lol

The salad dressing I used:

Hubby found it at Walmart

Anyways, according to my Optavia journal entry, I weigh 232.3 on this day.

Total weight lost to date: 14.3 pounds, so no, adding extra Equal and True Lemon packets did not negatively impact my weight loss efforts.
