Day 19: Grocery Shopping

September 25, 2021: Today I went grocery shopping for my lean and green meals.

Since, I’m going to be YOUR coach, (hint, hint) I wanted to give you an idea of the additional costs you may incur while grocery shopping when on Optavia.

You have to love buy one get one free deals!
Different store that’s why there’s two pictures.

Total cost for two weeks worth of food (I didn’t do one week because they had a buy one get one free sale) is: $123.13

So, if we times that by 2 to cover four weeks worth of lean and green meals the total cost of food for one month including Optavia fuelings is $646.26.

That sounds like a lot!

But, in reality, this obese person spent more than that on junk food and fast food each month. (Remember I don’t cook, so fast food it was lol)

My researched proved me to be weird and wrong lol

How much do you spend on food a month?

Drop a comment below, I need to see how much Fatty took advantage of me in my grocery budget prior to Optavia.

I was really curious to see how much I actually spent on food pre-Optavia

The total I spent in one month: $615.97 of which, over $400 was spent on fast food!

Wowza! If I wouldn’t have added it all up, I wouldn’t have believed it.

I wonder how McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Wendys, Chile’s, Little Cesars, Carl’s Jr, and Bostons are faring without my patronage each month.

Maybe I should check their stocks!

Took a picture of my husband’s lunch:

My struggle is real!

Perhaps shockingly, but what my husband eats doesn’t bother me.

He tries really hard not to eat things he knows I like; popcorn, and…hey, I love pizza! 🙂

Today’s weigh-in picture:

Total weight lost to date: 17.8 pounds!
