Day 23 Post Workout Hunger Sucks

September 29, 2021: Post Workout Hunger Sucks big time!

Post workout hunger is real! I experienced it today. I was a little shocked because I haven’t felt hungry at all. But I experienced post workout hunger today!

I went a little harder at the gym. I increased my incline and speed on the treadmill and was starving (ok, that’s not true, kids in Ethiopia are starving) I mean…hungry post workout!

My stomach was rumbling after my workout and everything!

I thought, “I wonder if it’s because I worked out harder and that’s why I’m so hungry.”

So, I did what your girl does, I researched post workout hunger and sure enough, it’s a thing (and it sucks)!

Oh yeah and guess who isn’t mini plateauing any more?

FINALLY!!! Total weight lost to date: 18.4 pounds

I made the picture really big so that you can see the numbers clearly πŸ™‚ I think seeing a weight loss for the first time in four days motivated me to step it up at the gym!

Thank You God for ending my mini plateau!

I found a dress for the cruise and it doesn’t even look that bad, it’s a 20… not too happy about that, but it’ll work for now πŸ˜‰

Let me share with you some other dresses that absolutely will NOT work:

Or, there’s this one in blue:

The struggle is REAL!

I hope you know how much I love you to post these pictures…couldn’t be anything other than love! lol

See why I was so hungry post workout?

Today’s Spot Light Fueling:

See below for my review πŸ™‚

Taste: Pretty good, but if you are expecting cookie dough you will be disappointed. I choose not to read the whole name so Fatty doesn’t pitch a fit after the first bite.

Texture: Smooth, it’s not a crisp bar

Fill you up: No, it’s more of a snack bar in my opinion.

So now that I am officially a coach, I have been reading Dr. A’s Habits of Health.

I can’t give you a semi-knowledgable coach! You deserve way more than that!

Look for me to add more information to my posts about Optavia in the near future!
